Books

Warning: A lot of these contain graphic depitions of gore, sa, abuse, and a bunch of other horrifying things. Read at your own risk & just because I like a book doesn't mean I support everything in it.

Favorite Books

Drawing Blood

deranged homos, underground comics, jazz, almost realistic hacking, 90s goth culture, AND overcoming generational trauma all in one book

Millenium Gothic

A memoir abt being a teen in the 80s british goth scene (featuring severe mental illness, copious drug use, and awful relationships). Dont read if you want a reliable, morally clear narrator

Invisible Monsters

I understand why ryan ross based an album on this

Night Players

Vampires in Las Vegas. In 2001. With lots of Vegas degeneracy. So yes this book was written specifically for me. But don't read past the first half TRUST ME. Spare yourself.

The Corn Maiden

A truly horrifying story about a lonely, bitter child torturing a younger girl to see if God would stop her. Unparalleled creepy atmosphere, will leave you with a deep feeling of emptiness.
